A hurricane is bearing down on South Florida, as is a storm of fanaticism and violence. Though the small Florida Key known as Ocho Puerto lies in the path of destruction, ground zero is some 100s mile to its south. It's all part of a scheme engineered by a rogue right-winger--a freedom fighter with his own private army. It's up to a courageous few to stop him.
